CIVIL LIABILITY OF THE BUILDING

The cover protects the insured owner for the damages caused by the home to people who do not belong to the family nucleus and to things the owner’s family nucleus doesn’t own (e.g. tiles and plants that fall, damage from water to underlying flats, etc). The insurance company provides the client with a call centre to manage emergencies related to the home; it sends technicians, security guards and takes care of the insured booking hotels in case of unavailability of the building etc.
